Whether you’re holidaying in Singapore and want to get hammered on a Sunday, or you just need a respite from your existence and need a good dose of indulgence, here are some upscale boozy brunches you can make reservations for for the coming weekend.

Brasserie Les Saveurs, St Regis Singapore

If decadence, indulgence and hedonism is what you’re after on a Sunday, Brasserie Les Saveurs will hit all the right spots. At $170++ for a free flow of champagne and juices and at $138++ for free flow of non-alcoholic beverages, brunch is not cheap. You’d get get a main course with semi-buffet: antipasto counter with stuff like smoked duck tartar and mini crab salad; a seafood counter with fresh prawns, oysters and crabs; and a very impressive dessert buffet that has Isaphan, chocolate tart and creme brulee. Besides having free flow of Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut, you can also order some of the St Regis signature cocktails like Bloody Mary. Save this spot for a celebratory brunch – or when someone else is paying.
