President Benigno S. Aquino III personally oversees the on-going search and rescue operations for Interior and Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, pilot Captain Jessup Bahinting and Nepalese co-pilot Kshitiz Chand, who are still missing from the plane crashed during his visit to the Province of Masbate on Sunday (August 19). On Saturday, the five-seater Piper Seneca aircraft carrying the three along with survivor Sr. Insp. Jun Abrasado, tried to make an emergency landing at the Masbate Airport but crashed in the sea near the province coast.
