SEOUL, Nov 24 - Seoul shares opened slightly higher on Tuesday on stronger than expected U.S. home sales data and Wall Street gains, but Woori Finance <053000.KS> slipped after a block sale of its shares before the market opening.
The Korea Composite Stock Price Index <.KS11> was up 0.23 percent at 1,622.75 points as of 0006 GMT.
Woori Finance shed 0.93 percent as of 0007 GMT.
