S.Korea fin min says closely watching market rates

SEOUL, Oct 29 - South Korean Finance Minister Yoon Jeung-hyun said on Thursday the government was closely watching market interest rates.

"We are closely watching market interest rate moves and discussing them with related authorities including the central bank," Yoon told lawmakers in a parliamentary session.
