Salma Hayek: I give good style tips

Salma Hayek insists she’s “not too bad” at giving fashion advice.

The raven-haired actress is famed for her exotic beauty and regularly wows in figure-hugging attire that shows off her curves to perfection.

Salma is married to luxury fashion mogul François-Henri Pinault, and the star say they trade style tips.

"Yeah, sometimes, but not every time," she replied when asked if François-Henri is on hand to lend style advice. "It's a conversation that comes up. And he's got great taste, so it's handy to have a husband like that.

"Hey, by the way I'm not too bad myself, so he asks me for my opinion too. I'm always good help for him."

Salma was speaking at a Redbook event earlier this week in honour of the upcoming Shrek spinoff Puss in Boots.

Salma plays the titular character’s love interest, Kitty Softpaws, and says voicing the animated cat was a joy.

"You don't have to worry about hair and make-up and what you're wearing, and this is great," she told Stylist.com.
