Have You SEEN How Foxy Lea Michele Looks In Her Debut Campaign With L'Oreal??

Lea Michele in the new L'Oreal ads

Lea seems as excited as we are about the news, not surprisngly. And she was thrown into beauty at the deep end when she started acting at such a little age. “Growing up on stage, I was introduced to makeup at a young age and I will never forget the first time I tried on a L’Oréal Paris iconic lipstick," she said, "it was instant glamour and I’ve been hooked ever since!" The actress, who says she has been a huge fan of the brand for years, only begun to understand the message behind those iconic 'Becaues You're Worth It' slogans once she had grown up. "It wasn’t until I was a bit older that I fully understood the brand’s message of a woman’s worth, which I wholeheartedly agree with." Us too lady! And how refreshing to have a down to earth girl who is totally worth it.

Now, you probably all know Lea from Glee, but in fact she kicked off her whole career at the age of eight, making her professional debut as Young Cosette in the classic Broadway production Les Misérables. Since then, she has shared the stage with Broadway greats in Ragtime, Fiddler on the Roof and Spring Awakening, earning herself a Drama Desk Award nomination for “Outstanding Actress in a Musical” for her role in Spring Awakening (another one that we love her in). She has returned to our screens in the fourth season of Glee for which she has received a People’s Choice Award, a Teen Choice Award AND a Screen Actors Guild Award. Yep, she's a pretty talented girl isn't she?

Cyril Chapuy, the Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris who also has a serious girl crush on the actress, said, “I am thrilled that Lea joins our roster of amazing Spokespersons.  In just a few years, her incredible talent has made her one of the most popular young actress in a TV series. Lea is fun, committed, genuine, with an inspiring sense of style, in total resonance with the Brand’s values."

Lea joins L'Oreal very good-looking family, including Jennifer Lopez, Beyoncé Knowles, Julianna Margulies, Eva Longoria, Andie MacDowell, Cheryl Cole and Aimée Mullins, among other Hollywood hotties. But you'll have to wait until early next year to see her in in the TV and print advertising campaign.  Eek - we're can't blooming wait.
