    How sure that the Human rights group and other Countries relief efforts were distributed to the NOKOR Civilians and not used by the NOKOR Military?

    They may probably helping the NOKOR military nourished themselves.

    And now then they sent socks, surely this would be useful for the NOKOR military to comfort themselves.
