11 Cebu grads in top 10 of OT, PT Board exams

ELEVEN Cebu graduates made it to the top 10 of the February 2020 Physical and Occupational Therapist Licensure Examination released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday, February 5.

Snagging the top spot of the Occupational Therapist Licensure Exam is Hannah Mae Tampus Corpuz of Velez College with a rating of 83 percent.

In second place is Jonaline Mae Bisnar Reoma of Velez College with a rating of 82.80 percent.

Nim Mikah Navarro Dajao also from the same school is in third place with a rating of 82.60 percent.

Sahanika Shannel Violango Macalos and Yya Denise Gabuya Mangubat, both from Velez College, are in the fifth spot with the rating of 82.20 percent.

In seventh place with a rating of 81.80 percent are Mary Antone Medida and Dennis Ian Avarez Delgado from Velez College and Southwestern University, respectively.

Taking the eighth spot is Allyza Mugot Labial of Velez College with an 81.60 percent rating.

For the Physical Therapist Licensure Exam, Pompeyo Davnar Pintac Alagro II of Velez College took the third spot with a rating of 86.95 percent.

Brandon Hermosisima Bugtai and Johnrich Caballero Condes, both from Velez College, took the fifth and eighth spot, respectively.

Bugtai got 85.90 percent, while Condes got 85.60 percent.

Zsanfernes Pamintuan Ocampo of Angeles University Foundation snagged the top spot with a rating of 88.45 percent.

The PRC announced that out of the 216 who took the Occupational Therapist Licensure Exam, 159 passed while out of the 1,195 who took the Physical Therapist Licensure Exam, only 729 passed. (JGS)
