7th ICT Awards Nominations Open

Nominations are now open for the 7th International ICT Awards Philippines 2013, one of the country's most coveted event organized by the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and Business Processing Association of the Philippines which will be held on March 14, 2013.

Philippines have emerged as the world's fastest growing destination for Business Process Outsourcing. The country has also become a dominant player in the booming ICT industry within the Asia Pacific Region. The award recognizes the organizations and individuals who contribute the most to put Philippines and Filipinos in the minds of global business leaders.

Nine awards are at stake for this year which includes; IT-BPO Company of the Year, IT-BPO Employee of the Year, Shared Services Excellence Company of the Year, Emerging Services Company of the Year, Best New IT-BPO Locator of the Year, Fastest Growing IT-BPO Company of the Year, Most Innovative IT-BPO Company of the Year, ICT Quality Program of the Year and ICT Individual Contributor.

Any company involved in providing business process outsourcing (BPO) services to offshore client organizations from Philippines during the year 2012 may be nominated. Nominations can be done by any individual or company. The finalists for each category are voted on and chosen by the Award's Board of Judges. List of finalist will be announced on March 4, 2013. The International ICT Awards is supported by Globe and PLDT Alpha Enterprise and is co-presented by Colliers Interntional, KMC Mag Group and Isla Lipana & Co., a member firm of Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Deadline for submission of nominees is on Feb. 15, 2013.
