Albie Casiño Opens Up On ‘Animals’ Girl

Following his breakup with Andi Eigenmann, young actor Albie Casiño is now reportedly dating showbiz rookie Dawn Balagot, his co-star in the Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival entry "The Animals," which was screened in July this year.

This is according to a report published on, Thursday, which quoted the actor as saying, "I'm taking it one step at a time. She's great..." The article also noted that Albie and Dawn have supposedly been "an item since mid-2012."

A separate article on also reported that the two were purportedly seen holding hands at a private screening for "The Animals" in July. Albie declined to comment on these things.

The actor nevertheless noted that the controversies he weathered taught him "to be more careful with everything you do."

"Pag-iisipan mo talaga lahat ng gagawin mo. You can't just do something without thinking," he said in the same report.
