15 Oct – Angelica Panganiban is set to star in the new Antoinette Jadaone movie, "Boldstar".
As reported on Rappler, the news was confirmed by producer Project 8 on social media on 13 October, stating, "This will be the third collaboration between Panganiban and Antoinette Jadaone, after "Beauty in a Bottle" and "That Thing Called Tadhana", and also the third for Project 8 and Epicmedia, after "Tadhana" and the yet to be released "Fan Girl"."
It is noted that "Boldstar" previously won the CJ Entertainment award at the 22nd Asian Project Market (APM) in Busan, South Korea.
In a previous interview, Jadaone revealed that the film follows the life of bold stars as soon as their careers stagnate.
No details as to who else will be involved in the said project, which will begin filming in 2020.
Panganiban's last film was the 2018 Black Sheep production, "Exes Baggage". She is soon to appear in Mar Cruz Alviar's "Man, Woman, Wife".
