Look, I don't care what anyone says - we all snore sometimes. Admittedly some more than others, but if you're sleeping next to a snorer, or have been known to wake yourself up with your own noises (guilty), then you'll know how frustrating it can be.
Annoyingly there's not really much we can do about our body's subconscious behaviour as we sleep... unless we buy a very handy anti-snore pillow, that is.
Step up, Silentnight! The brand has created a pillow that's supposed to help with loud snoozers, and customers have been raving about how much of a difference it makes.
The pillow has a foam core, which is designed to help place the head in the right position to allow clear breathing. It's also hypo-allergenic, and comfortable enough even for those who don't always snore.
It's currently available from Amazon for £13.99.
Customers have been leaving rave reviews, with one writing: "I did not snore at all last night according to the hubby and I've just ordered him one today."
Another woman whose boyfriend is "one of the worst snorers I have ever encountered" says it worked immediately.
According to the British Snoring and Sleep Association, who conducted their own test on the pillow, it had an "instant effect".
"Did it help with snoring? - Yes. Snoring volume and frequency was reduced approximately 50%," they noted.
