What could it be?
President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III on Wednesday will face the nation via a live telecast, as well as via live stream, to discuss "current issues."
Nothing specific has been mentioned about the speech but reports quoting Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Sonny Coloma claim that the President may tackle the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) or the Priority Development Assistance Fund.
Aquino will deliver his speech on 7:45 pm, according to Official Gazette. You can watch the live stream here:
The broadcast will also be historic, as this is Aquino's first time to ask major television networks to provide airtime for his "President’s Address to the Nation." Normally, his speeches are carried live only on People's Television Network, the government station.
