October 1, 2014 Tanauan City, Batangas – Following an insistent public demand, Honda Philippines Inc. (HPI) announces the return of the iconic TMX after a short ten-month hiatus.  Now in the guise of “TMX 125 Alpha”, it comes with quite a number of new user-friendly features to further strengthen its dominance in the motorcycle business segment.

The TMX 125 Alpha is powered by the familiar 124.11 cc four stroke, air-cooled OHV engine matted to a new five-speed transmission.  It is also now equipped with both an electric starter and a kick starter with decompression function.  The new instrument panel features an analog tachometer and a convenient gear indicator.  A bar-mounted kill switch and passing light switch is added for safety, plus, new bar end weights were installed to lessen engine vibration.  18-inch tires give the TMX 125 Alpha a taller stance while also enabling it to conquer various road conditions.

Even with all the improvements mentioned, HPI has managed to bring down its SRP to a more affordable P 46, 900.  The new Honda TMX 125 Alpha will be available in the market beginning October 8, 2014.
