Ben&Ben went viral following the announcement of their collaboration with Moira Dela Torre.

The band’s new single which features Moira titled “Pasalubong” will be streamed here on July 30 (Friday) at midnight.

The two musical acts released a teaser poster announcing the release date of their collaboration on Tuesday (July 27) on Twitter.

“Get ready for the feels. Third single from the second album,” Ben&Ben captioned their tweet with the hashtag “#BenAndBenxMoira.” Moira also tweeted the poster with the same caption.

Ben&Ben had already released two singles from their upcoming album before they announced their collaboration with Dela Torre.

“Upuan” narrates the story of falling for someone close to you, while “Magpahinga” tackles darker themes, such as handling grief and loss. The band’s vocalist Paolo Guico revealed that “Magpahinga” was written when his sister tested positive for COVID-19.

This is not the first time Ben&Ben collaborated with Moira. Last year, they worked together for “Paalam,” a song about moving on from a lost love.

The track was part of the singer’s eponymous album which featured a trilogy of songs with “Patawad” and “Patawad, Paalam.”
