The contentious will:

If rumours are to be believed, Prince Charles is contemplating removing Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall from his will following years of living in what is, reportedly, a difficult relationship. As per rumours, while Charles had wanted to divorce Camilla years back, he had been biding his time and putting up with her antics. Camilla, who would be the future Queen, is reportedly furious about the change in the will. The reports also claim that Charles has decided to leave Prince Harry only a third of what he was supposed to inherit after the Duke of Sussex’s decision to leave the royal family. Biggest scandals the royal family has survived

Royal couple Meghan Markel and Prince Harry have created quite a stir ever since their announcement that they were stepping down as senior members of the royal family. As part of the new arrangements, Markle has already shifted to Canada with baby Archie and her dogs, while Harry is set to join her soon.

The royal couple, who welcomed baby Archie, last year, who have also given up on their HRH titles, have made it clear that they do not want public money and will also repay the 2.4 million pound sterlings, which is the taxpayers money that was used to renovate the cottage they lived in, Frogmore. The Queen, though reportedly unhappy with the developments, issued a statement that she has signed off on the request. The new arrangement will come in to effect in the spring of 2020.

The British royal family’s internal affairs have constantly come up for public scrutiny and have caused many controversies. We take a look at the times the royal family have found themselves in the eye of a storm, publicly.
