Bootleg Fire Burns Over 620 Square Miles in Oregon

The Bootleg Fire was 38 percent contained on June 22, according to officials. The massive blaze reached almost 399,359 acres (about 624 square miles).

This timelapse video shared by Bootleg Fire Information, who said it was taken on July 21, shows a large smoke plume rising over Division EE, located at the southeast corner of the fire.
