THE Call Center Academy is a leader and pioneer in call center training, medical transcription, and java programming training. It is an accredited institution of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (Tesda). It wishes to continue offering free training in order to reduce poverty by creating opportunities for people who do not have the resources and also by providing quality training resulting in employable candidates.
It opened in 2007 to address the pressing need of providing employment opportunities for the call center and business process outsourcing industry and now, it wants to be the bridge for the supply-demand gap between the current talent pool and the demand of employment needs in the industries of IT-BPM, Healthcare, and Tourism and Hospitality.
