Carcar police help school rebuild kindergarten classroom

THE Carcar City Police Station conducted a community outreach program at the Tal-ut Elementary School in Barangay Valencia on Saturday between 8 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

Lieutenant Colonel Ardioleto Cabagnot, Carcar City Police Station chief, said the activity was part of the peace and security framework of the Philippine National Police dubbed as Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran.

Its aim was to improve community relations, he said.

Cabagnot also thanked the Leon Kilat Masonic Lodge 437 headed by Rey Enolpe for its assistance.

The police official said they distributed construction materials to help rebuild the school’s kindergarten classroom, which was damaged by typhoon Odette last December.

He said they also held a feeding program for the kindergarten and Grade 6 pupils in attendance. (GPL)
