THE Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) has urged commuters and motorists who plan to attend the Pasigarbo sa Sugbo on Sunday, Aug. 28, 2022, or travel around the city on that day to plan their trips early to avoid getting caught by road closures that they are set to implement.

Paul Gotiong, CCTO spokesperson, told SunStar Cebu that they will start closing the downtown lane of Osmeña Boulevard, starting at the Cebu City Sports Complex up to the Cebu Provincial Capitol, starting 10 a.m. on Sunday to make way for the Pasigarbo's street dancing competition.
