Cebu Province removes swab test requirement for fully vaxxed domestic travelers

·1 min read

FULLY vaccinated individuals traveling to the Province of Cebu will no longer be required to present a negative RT-PCR test result, rapid antigen test result, or a medical certificate as a requirement for entry in all ports and airport effective immediately.

In the memorandum issued by Cebu Governor Gwendolyn Garcia on Friday, October 29, 2021, fully vaccinated travelers will only need to present their vaccination cards or vaccination certificates.

However, the new travel guideline is only applicable for domestic travelers coming from other provinces and cities in the country.

Returning overseas Filipinos and overseas Filipino workers who wish to enter the province are still subject to national government policies. (CLC)
