Cool spots to catch a gig in Cebu City

·3 min read

Finally, live gigs are back after almost three years of streaming online gigs due to the lockdown, which means Cebuanos can now catch their local bands and artists on stage again.

From pop, punk rock, jazz, reggae—Cebu’s music scene is certainly a celebration of all sorts of genres and talents.

Just in case you’re new to the gig scene as an audience, here’s how it works. Think of it like a mini concert, but this time with no VIP or general admission tickets—everyone is on the same level. Attendees stay after the show to hang out with friends and new found friends over drinks and even artists hang out with everyone after.

This weekend, kick back with an ice-cold beer and check out these cool spots for your dose of the local music scene.
