THE Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), through the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong, confirmed Tuesday, March 10, that another Filipino was tested positive for coronavirus disease (Covid-19) in Hong Kong.
This is the fourth confirmed case involving a Filipino in Hong Kong.
The DFA said the patient is asymptomatic.
The first Filipino national who tested positive for the disease was discharged from the hospital last March 6, 2020. The second and third cases are still confined in the hospital.
The Philippines Consulate General in Hong Kong continues to closely monitor the condition of all Filipino nationals in the country and render assistance as needed, added the DFA in a statement. (PR)
