The Department of Health (DOH) has posted guidelines of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on the 2019 novel coronavirus acute respiratory disease (nCoV ARD) prevention in the workplace.
The guidelines states it will apply to all employers and workers in the private sector.
It also provides precautionary measures including ensuring the cleanliness in the work areas and monitoring health workers particularly those with fever and other flu-like symptoms.
The guidelines also discussed the workers leave of absences or entitlements.—AAC
