In a series of Instagram stories, Filipina actress and model Ellen Adarna revealed that she’s removing her breast implants. After years of suffering from breast implant illness, Adarna has decided she’s had enough.

Through her Instagram Stories post, Adarna cited that she experienced breathing issues, chronic back pain, fatigue, and even brain fog. Her refreshing honesty has helped shed light on issues pertaining to breast implants that not many people tend to talk about.

Fortunately for Adarna, the removal of her breast implants was a happy affair and she seems to be recovering well from the procedure; based on her Instagram stories. In fact, her husband, model Derek Ramsay, jokingly gifted her a cake with the words, “I miss your old boobs!”

As Adarna continue to focus on her health, she's also been known to share her beauty routine with fans.

In her recent Instagram post, Adarna posted a video of her fronting the new Seoul White Korea sunscreen. Besides her amazing figure, the model is also known for her near-flawless and youthful-looking skin.

In several interviews, Adarna says she keeps her skincare routine simple. She often opts to just cleanse her face, moisturise and use sunscreen. As most of us probably know by now, sunscreen is a great preventive tool against the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
