Eva Longoria has never been shy about her love of fitness, and this week the former “Desperate Housewives” star shared a peek into her morning routine with fans.
In a video posted to her Instagram account, the 46-year-old showed off her latest workout of choice.
“Starting the week off right! What gets you up in the morning?” she asked her followers.
Despite many fans responding that only their alarm clock or cup of coffee will do the trick in the mornings, others were impressed by the star’s dedication to her daily workouts.
“That's right, get it girl,” one follower wrote.
“You are a true inspiration,” shared one fan, while another was impressed by the star’s “buns of steel.”
Longoria was seen using the $499 Ness Trampoline for her workout, which provides a low-impact way to get in your cardio. She also rocked a full look from the Reebok x Victoria Beckham collaboration for her morning workout.

Beckham herself even took notice of the workout, sharing a link to Longoria's video in her own Instagram Stories.
"So that's how you get such a great bottom," she cheekily captioned the post.
It’s clear that Longoria has been loving the trampoline workouts (also known as rebounding) lately, since the video comes just a few days after she posed with her trampoline while wearing a periwinkle workout set from Athleta.
She also recently shared that her son, Santiago Enrique Bastón, 3, is a fan of the trampoline, calling him her “workout buddy” in a sweet clip.
Following Santiago’s birth in 2018, Longoria previously shared that she turned to a mix of different workouts as a way to ease back into exercise.
“My workouts now are more weight training. Very serious weight training. I’m a runner, I do yoga and I do Pilates, so it’s kind of like a rotation of those things,” she told Us Weekly. “And then I usually eat well…Diet and exercise is a part of my daily vocabulary.”
