Lampkin played at Oklahoma from 2015-17 and appeared in 17 games with two starts in his college career. He had 22 tackles and 4.5 tackles for loss in 13 games as a junior in 2017 and turned pro after that season. He wasn’t taken in the 2018 NFL draft and signed with the Tennessee Titans ahead of training camp. He was waived before the season and most recently played in the National Arena League in 2019.
A native of Cypress Falls, Texas, Lampkin was a three-star recruit in the class of 2015. He initially committed to Oklahoma and signed with Texas. He never played for the Longhorns and joined Oklahoma ahead of his freshman season.
