Fire hits warehouse in Liloan town, Cebu

AN AFTERNOON fire hit a warehouse in Sitio Fatima, Barangay Jubay, Liloan town on Sunday, June 26, 2022.

The fire was first reported at 3:08 p.m., to which firefighters immediately responded to the scene.

The Cebu City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CCDRRMO) said the fire was raised to third alarm at 3:28 p.m. and fourth alarm at 3:57 p.m.

The blaze was then raised to Task Force Bravo at 4:12 p.m.

As of 4:40 p.m., firefighters are still in the area trying to exinguish the fire.

The fire reportedly started at a warehouse that stores plastics. (JGS/BBT)
