MANILA, Philippine – The Philippines and the French government has begun the conduct of a feasibility study on the proposed cable car system for Metro Manila.
Representatives from both governments kicked off the first technical meeting for the €450,000 (P27M) transport project on Wednesday (November 14) at the regional office of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) in Clark, Pampanga.
