Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra announced Friday, September 14, that the government is offering a P500,000 reward to anyone who can give information on the exact whereabouts of Cebu businessman and alleged drug lord, Peter Lim, “provided that such information will lead to the actual arrest of said fugitive.”

In a statement, Guevarra also warned those who are coddling Lim of facing charges.

“They will be prosecuted for obstruction of justice and punished accordingly.”

Lim has been indicted for conspiracy with self-confessed drug lord, Kerwin Espinosa, Marcelo Adorco and Ruel Malindagan, to commit illegal drug trading.

He was tagged as the supplier of shabu that the Espinosa Group sold in Regions 7 and 8 in 2013 and 2014. — Mai Bermudez
