In their statement, Tanggol Wika is saddened by the SC’s decision to uphold the constitutionality of Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum no. 20 series of 2013.

“We believe that justice has not been served by their refusal to amply hear our arguments. We reiterate that they [SC] should have summoned petitioners to an oral argument, rather than issue a ruling on the basis of quick readings of tons of arguments that we have submitted,” it reads.
