AFTER a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the International Travel Festival (ITF) returns for its seventh run on Jan. 7 to 9, 2022 at Ayala Center Cebu.

With the theme “It’s time to travel,” ITF 2022 will be promoting local tourism and highlighting key destinations in the Philippines such as Cebu, Bohol, Manila, Palawan, Boracay and Camiguin. Event organizer MyEventology Co. is expecting around 50 exhibitors with bigger booths for next year’s installment.

The fair will include hotels, resorts, travel agencies, booking platforms as well as insurance providers. Through the years, ITF has become the most awaited travel fair in the Visayas and Mindanao regions, known for being a one-stop shop for the best travel deals and discounts you can’t get anywhere else.

With a promising uptick in domestic travel in the past few months, ITF 2022 serves as a timely restart for local tourism and will greatly help tourism workers and stakeholders get back on their feet. Follow ITF’s social media channels for updates. (Christian B. Quilo)
