Social media star-turned-actress Ivana Alawi, in celebration of her YouTube channel reaching 15 million subscribers, gave away a total of 8,000 food packs with cash gifts amounting to a whopping P1.2 million to thank her supporters.

Ivana had already reached 15 million subscribers in February but she said that she waited for her and her family to move to their new house before doing it as she considers it a “good start,” she said in her vlog on August 7.

Mamimigay ulit tayo ng blessings at ishe-share natin ang pagmamahal. Matagal ko na itong plinano at hinintay ko talaga na makalipat ako sa bagong bahay,” Alawi said.

(We will once again share our blessings and love. I’ve been wanting to do this and I planned and waited to do this after we moved to our new house.)

“It’s a good start sa aking paglipat na mag-share ng love kasi mas magaan sa bahay kapag lagi kang namimigay. Ise-celebrate natin ang pag-hit natin ng 15 million subscribers,” the social media star added.

(It’s a good start upon moving to our new house to share our love because it lightens up our house if we always share. We will celebrate our 15 million [YouTube] subscribers.)

Ivana, alongside her family members Fatima, Hash, and Amira, prepared food packs containing rice, canned goods, goods from her skincare brand such as soap bars, and Korean rice cakes.

She said that she initially wanted to give away 15,000 packs but they were only able to produce 8,000 due to difficulties in preparing. Nevertheless, she thanked her fans for their continued support for her, and this activity is her way of giving back to them.

Sobrang thank you sa inyo for watching us, supporting, loving and subscribing to us. Sobrang blessed ako na nandyan kayo and super ibabalik namin lahat ng blessings na ibinibigay niyo sa amin, and also the love and support na ibinibigay niyo sa pamilya ko,” Ivana said.

(Thank you so much for watching us, supporting, loving and subscribing to us. We are so blessed that you’re there and we will give back all the blessings that you gave us, and also the love and support that you continue to shower my family with.)
