Ivanka Trump creating new fashion collections

Ivanka Trump has entered a new agreement to develop further fashion lines with US clothing manufacturers G-III.

The heiress and fashion model has had huge success over the past five years, launching collections of fine jewellery, handbags, accessories and footwear.

The 31-year-old is now set to further her career in the fashion industry by developing her own line of sportswear, dresses and suits with big name US clothing manufacturers and marketers the G-III Apparel Group.

The New York based company sells its high end performance wear and other products in selected stores around the US, Canada, Europe and the Far East.

Ivanka's deal with G-III follows her growing success designing high end accessories, which she sells in her SoHo based New York City store.

Most recently she announced her sunglasses line will go on sale in the shop and custom boutiques from next year.

The shades range has already received celebrity endorsement from US TV giant Oprah Winfrey, who has been seen wearing a pair of Ivanka's creations on her TV talk show on numerous occasions.

Ivanka told Style Bistro that she has even nicknamed the modern tortoise frames touted by Oprah the "O" frames recently.

"This is one of my favourite pieces," Ivanka told the website. "I think it's just amazing. I love the stingray element and the shape, and again, the interesting hardware."
