Jennifer Lawrence has opened up about why she hasn't been having any sex lately, and it's mainly due to the fact she's living in fear of picking up an STI along the way.
The 27-year-old actor recently split from boyfriend and director of Mother! Darren Aronofsky, and isn't too thrilled with the prospect of getting back into the dating scene again.
In an interview with The Sun, J-Law explained that there a few things holding her back from logging into Tinder and finding a potential other half.
"I always talk like I want d**k, but the truth is when I look back at my sexual past it was always with boyfriends," she revealed. "I talk like I like it, but I don't really do it."
Another issue that keeps cropping is Jen's fear of catching a sexually transmitted disease in the process: "I am mostly also a germaphobe. I have made it this far without an STI. D**k is dangerous," she joked.
And hinting that she marches any potential partners down to a GUM clinic before anything happens, she said: "If I was at the point where I could get an STI, doctors have already been involved. That is how much of a germaphobe I am."
Just to reassure everyone how little sex she's having, Jennifer went ahead and clarified: "I am making it clear that I have not had sex in a very long time. I would like to have a relationship, you know. It is hard out there."
