Jenny Frost has revealed she had to have stitches after hitting her head on a rock in Ibiza.

The Atomic Kitten star shared a picture on Instagram showing her with a nasty cut from her eyebrow to her hairline, which had been stitched up.

She told fans she took a tumble and smashed her head on a rock, but added that she felt lucky that she hadn’t suffered a worse injury.

The mum-of-three wrote: “So on the last day of August & the last day of my besties being here - thought I’d go out with a bang!!! Against a rock."

She went on: “Was just a silly fall but when I put my hands out to stop myself - I didn’t see the massive rock in between my hands (it was pitch black & literally the only rock within a mile radius).”

“Feeling very grateful that it’s not worse!” added the 43-year-old with a prayer emoji.

“We are the lucky ones.”

Singer and TV star Frost, who lives in Ibiza, was inundated with get well soon messages from fans and her famous friends.

Her fellow Atomic Kitten Liz McClarnon was among those to send love, writing “Oh Jen” and posting a heart and a kiss emoji.

“Omg Jen hope you’re ok babe, sending you lots of love,” posted model Danielle Lloyd.

“Oh ouch honey,” said model and TV presenter Lisa Snowdon.
