Imee Marcos even claimed that the family has been given a second chance after years of being oppressed and mocked. But if stating the established facts and demanding that the family answer for their deeds amounts to mocking them, then everyone should mock the Marcoses.

So if you're feeling frustrated and you're still in shock, don't just sit there. Keep speaking up. Talk about it if your friends. Get involved in politics and civil society. Volunteer. Don't let the lies and the disinformation become the facts. The truth must prevail because the future of the Philippines depends on you.
