DESIGNED to be a structure situated along P. Almendras St., Mabolo, Cebu, the soon-to-rise MSK Building had its recent ceremonial ground-breaking event led by its team of developers and realtors. At its 1,200 square-meter property set to be a commercial building, the project will be constructed and developed by RNVIOS. Congratulations, MSK!

For playtime and fun for kids children 10 years old and below, Dreamtown Fun and Learning Center finally reopens at its new location at Streetscape. “The concept was a team effort between my sisters and I,” shared Cecil Tiu. “During our travels, we would take our kids to indoor playgrounds and theme parks and take inspiration from them. The main idea was to create a playcenter with everything under one roof, including a library where children could find joy in reading books.” Dreamtown is open from Tuesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

He’s two, and can’t get any cuter than that. Caeden Sarmiento celebrated his birthday at the Garcia-Sarmiento beach house at Buyong, Mactan for an all-afternoon swimming with his cousins and friends.

The only son of Paolo and Victoria couldn’t be any happier on his very special day at the beach. Happy 2nd birthday, Caeden!

Anthea Greville makes a splash at the Montebello Villa Hotel as she celebrated her birthday having turned nine years old. The daughter of Robert and Suzette opted for a swimming and early dinner party with her friends from school and had an absolutely wonderful day, Happy 9th birthday, Anthea!

Known for her clean lines and interesting shapes, dedicated visual artist Paulina Luz Sotto uncovers an exciting showcase of talent in partnership with her grandfather, Arturo Luz, a National Artist for Visual Arts. The exhibit will be on display until Dec. 31 on the third level of Rustan’s Cebu.
