Treat your fur babies at AyalaMalls Central Bloc by bringing their vaccination records and having them registered to The Paw Club at the Concierge for first dibs on pet promos and activities.
In line with this, get to know four of Cebu’s proud “pawsome paw-rents” and their fur babies, who make a very treasured part of the family!
For lifestyle content creator and entrepreneur Vern Enciso-Lim, both she and her husband are proud parents to a three-month-old Maltese and personal alarm clock Bordeaux, five-year-old Shih-Poo (Shih Tzu-Pomeranian) and guard dog Chewy, as well as two-year-old smart pooch Pomsky (Pomeranian-Siberian) Milana. Vern points out that it takes a lot of hard work and responsibility, so make sure that you are 100 percent committed becoming a “paw-rent!”
Self-employed beach bum King Martinez has always been an animal lover with a special liking for dogs, and has therefore decided to raise his own. He is a dedicated dad to a seven-month-old Australian Cattle Dog named Disco and shares that he is the type who is always excited to see and meet people. King finds fulfilment and joy in rearing his fur baby and advises new dog owners to always be kind to their pooches.
For lifestyle content creator, entrepreneur and mom-to-be Jennifer Sarmiento-Bun-an, it’s no question that she has always loved pets and together with her husband, they immediately wanted to adopt one. The couple instantly had a special attachment the moment they saw Billion, the runt of the litter. Billion had sadly passed away at just the age of three but left behind her adorable Pomeranian pups named Happy, Heart and Babi. Jennifer says every “paw-rent” must be prepared to give their fur babies the love, time and care they need.
Fur momma, lifestyle content creator and entrepreneur Jasmin Sarmiento-Juan said life as a “paw-rent” is great and that it gives her the sense of responsibility. Jasmin had always been a pet lover ever since she was little and shares that the family’s late 16-year-old Shih Tzu Lucky encouraged her to be a “paw-rent” herself.
Today, she has a four-year-old Pomeranian named Ramsey who enjoys car rides. Jasmin’s advice is to show your dogs that you love, and treat them well as pets are your family too.
