KStew's mom 'behind RPatz reunion'

Kristen Stewart’s mom was reportedly responsible for the actress’ reunion with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

Kristen is believed to have stayed over at Robert’s £2.3 million Beverly Hills home last month and there is speculation the former couple have been secretly hooking up. It seems Kristen’s mom Jules put the pair back in touch because she is worried Robert’s partying is spiralling out of control.

“Jules is like a surrogate mother to Robert in LA, and she reached out to him and invited him over to see her with Kristen,” a source told British magazine Grazia. “They were both very worried about him. He’s at a low ebb right now and enjoyed seeing Kristen. One thing led to another and they’ve hooked up quite a few times in secret. She has been trying to help Robert get his life back on track. She is still madly in love with him.”

In recent months, rumours have surfaced that Robert’s team and loved ones are concerned about his behaviour. He has been enjoying wild nights out with pals in Los Angeles since he moved out of the house he shared with Kristen in May.

“Robert has been playing the field and partying since their split,” a source revealed.

While Kristen is still hoping to rekindle their relationship, Robert doesn’t believe they have a future together. He has been romantically linked to several women recently and is trying to move on from Kristen.

“Kristen misses Rob desperately and there is still a lot of chemistry there. It’s been a hard few months for them both and she is desperate for them to give their relationship another chance,” an insider explained. “Rob has softened towards Kristen, but as far as he’s concerned they’re not getting back together. This is a temporary state of affairs and he has told friends that they don’t have a long-term future. He can’t face the scrutiny their relationship always comes under – but, with those two, who knows?”

Kristen and Robert’s relationship hit the rocks after she admitted to having an affair with married director Rupert Sanders last year.
