FORMER amateur standout Criztian Pitt Laurente continues his unbeaten run in the pro ranks following a one-sided unanimous decision over Richard Bulacan on June 18 in Mobo, Masbate.

Laurente totally dominated Bulacan and got the nod of all three judges with scores of 99-91, 100-90 and 99-91.

Bulacan was supposed to be Laurente’s toughest opponent to date, being a fellow up-and-coming unbeaten fighter. But Laurente breezed through Bulacan.

The 22-year-old Laurente won the vacant Philippines Youth super featherweight belt. He remained unbeaten with a record of 10-0 with six knockouts.

Bulacan suffered his first career loss and dropped to 8-1 with six knockouts.

In the undercard, Prince Andrew Laurio (12-3-1, 9 KOs) stopped Rolly Durong (1-4-2) in three rounds, while Marlon Alejandro (2-2) defeated newcomer Boy Dignos Jr. (0-1) by unanimous decision.
