Launceston resident Yoshith Weerakoone said he felt like “a six-year-old waking up to a winter wonderland” following heavy snowfall in parts of Tasmania, Australia, on August 5.
“I’ve lived in this city for over a decade now, and this was a welcome first!” Weerakoone told Storyful.
Weerakoone can be heard singing Let it Snow in the video and saying, “I wish it was Christmas”.
