Given how much time we (hopefully) spend in the shower, how taken-for-granted it is as a (hopefully) daily ritual, it's easy to overlook how, well, gross it can get. Amazon’s bestselling Liba shower liner will have you wondering what took you so long to see the light. It’s mold- and mildew-resistant, eco-friendly and costs a mere $12. And it has more than 112,000 reviewers raving about its durability, non-toxic materials and blessed lack of chemical odor.

Here's the deal: PVC is what gives cheap liners that awful smell. The Liba, on the other hand, is made of an anti-bacterial PEVA material. It also features rust-proof grommets and three magnets along the bottom to keep it in place. If you’re someone like me who’s used to buying cheap shower liners that quickly get moldy and thrown into the trash (and then, unfortunately, our landfills), look no further than Liba’s $12 life changer.

That durability and mold/miildew protection means that your Liba liner will last way longer than the two or three months that cheapo dollar-store varieties. FYI: It runs a little large, but that helps water from splashing out of the tub.

Having said all of that, don’t just take my word for it — this curtain liner has developed a massive following on Amazon. Keep scrolling to read what that happy horde has to say.

Liba lovers, unite!

“You shouldn’t be disgusted when you take a shower,” says a smart shopper. “My previous shower curtain was disgusting. I allowed it to accumulate mildew and soap film until it was physically revolting to take a shower. I shower daily (sometimes more than once), and after several weeks the LIBA is just as clear, clean and fresh as the day it was hung. Plus, I love that it's totally clear and lets the bathroom light in. Talk about illuminating!”

"This is a win, win, win: looks good, water-repellent, easy to clean..." said another, who added, "This curtain has heft to keep from flowing upward from outside air currents." Don't you hate when that happens?

We'll save the best, and most beautifully simple testimonial for last. "Perfect!" said this devotee. "Love it."

You will, too.
