MANILA, Philippines — The Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reminds travelers that there are now 18 airports across the country which offer commercial flights as of Sunday (June 21).
This, after some local government units (LGUs) allowed the commercial operation of airports in their respective areas.
The agency advises the public, however, to check on the different documentary requirements and passenger restrictions that each specific LGU requires.
CAAP stressed that the resumption of regular commercial flights still depends on coordination and conditions imposed by LGUs.
