¾ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup melted butter
½ tsp salt
1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup white chocolate chips
½ cup lemon curd
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
Whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
Add salt and all-purpose flour, then thoroughly combine to form a dough before folding in white chocolate chips.
