OBSERVING appropriate physical distancing and other safety guidelines, homeowners, partners and special guests came together for “Christmas by the Bay,” an annual holiday kickoff and tree lighting event hosted by Mandani Bay, held on Nov. 7, 2020 at its show gallery.

Through the years, Mandani Bay has been known for its three-piece ensemble Christmas tree. This year’s tree is a metal art sculpture adorned in red and gold lights, the colors symbolizing the merriest season of the year and the sophisticated lifestyle that the world-class project is known for.

“We all know that 2020 has been very challenging for all of us. But despite that, there are still a lot of reasons to celebrate. Cautiously and responsibly, we will move forward with gratitude and hope that we will soon see a full recovery for all the Philippines and the rest of the world,” said Jeffrey Lun, HTLand project adviser.

The night’s program also included a live set by a local band, a performance by a drum and bugle corps and a dazzling fireworks display. That afternoon before the tree lighting, Mandani Bay had an open house event as well. / CHRISTIAN B. QUILO
