Molly-Mae Hague got rained on and her real hair texture was *not* what we were expecting

It's safe to say Molly-Mae Hague has been on a bit of a beauty journey of late.

Since achieving reality TV stardom after her stint on Love Island and moving in with boxer Tommy Fury, she's allowed us regular glimpses into her world through YouTube and IG. But the content we've mostly been captivated by is her slow transition back to au naturel. 

Molly-Mae's glow-down started back in 2020 when she discussed having all her fillers removed, admitting she'd gone too far with the Love Island aesthetic. Since then we've seen her ditch her extensions to reveal naturally shorter hair, and even had her composite bonding removed to reveal her real teeth underneath.

Despite these big moments in her beauty journey, she's more or less kept her hair the same: switching between glossy and blow dried, scraped back with plenty of wet-look gel, or styled into her signature S-shaped mermaid waves... until the weekend just gone, that is...

We all experienced a bit of rain over the weekend, forcing us to dig out our long-forgotten umbrellas, and Molly-Mae was no exception. She posted a selfie from the back of a taxi with the caption: "A short story: it rained," capturing her never-before-seen real hair texture, which had sprung up into soft curls around her face.

Her boyfriend Tommy commented: "Wow馃槏", and we've got to agree, Molly-Mae looked stunning with a softer hair look...
