MANILA, Philippines — The management of MRT-3 reminds passengers to accomplish a health declaration form before boarding the trains.
The said measure is part of the ongoing contact tracing among commuters to contain the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Forms are being distributed at stations as commuters wait in line.
After accomplishing the form, passengers will go through body temperature checking before they will be allowed to proceed to the turnstile area.
Commuters are encouraged to provide the complete information required in the health declaration form to help in the government’s effort to curb the COVID-19 transmission.
