Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba: Entertainment District Arc will be coming to Netflix on 6 December, Netflix Singapore announced through their Instagram.
This latest season comes after the Mugen Train arc, which will be releasing its final episode on various streaming sites on Monday (29 November). The Entertainment District arc will then pick up from where the Mugen Train arc ends. The new episodes will similarly be made available on demand after they air weekly on Japanese TV channels.
As part of the celebratory start of a new season, the first episode of the Entertainment District arc will be specially extended to about an hour. Although there is no official update as to the total number of episodes for the Entertainment District arc, Demon Slayer fans are speculating that the season will have around 13 episodes based on the manga.
The highly anticipated Entertainment District arc can be considered the second season of the Demon Slayer anime, if you don't count the Mugen Train movie, which was later released as a seven-episode season. (Kinda confusing, we know, but we explained that earlier here.)
The latest storyline will shift the spotlight to the Sound Pillar Tengen Uzui, who is joined by the protagonists Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu. They will be going up against Upper Rank Six demon Daki.
