Nowadays, it seems like there is an infinite number of micro trends to try and keep up with. On top of heavy-hitting trends like Barbiecore (aka Valentino pink), indie sleaze or Y2K throwbacks, TikTok's influence on fashion means that there is an infinite number of niche style cliques to dabble in. Don't believe us? Well, have you ever heard of cottagecore? Or the weird girl aesthetic? How about balletcore? What did we tell you – there's a trend for everything.

Well, Nicole Kidman seems to be giving a new trend (and plenty of other fashion-forward details) to obsess over with her latest magazine cover. Posing for The Perfect Magazine, a publication created by celeb stylist Katie Grand, Nicole has given us plenty to talk about. Hair-wise, she's giving a fire-red hybrid style: hip skimming length with sharp micro bangs at the front.

What's really catching our eye though? The outfit, of course. Posing by flexing her biceps in a total weight-lifter pose, Nicole wore a sporty-chic 'fit that is very TikTok-ready. With a sporty graphic crop top that had echoes of the motocross trend (as seen at Dior and Balmain and worn by Spanish singer Rosalia) the main event was the outfit's lower half: a tiny, belt-like, wraparound mini skirt with mega "D" logo.

With the clothes designed by legendary designer Glenn Martens for his current gig at Diesel, it's a mega fashion moment, that's for sure. Glenn clearly approved of the look, commenting "🔥🔥🔥🔥" on the magazine's Instagram post unveiling the cover.

Nicole also posed for the magazine in gigantic, swashbuckling boots by Glenn's other label, Y/Project and an entrancing, optical illusion dress.

Whether this cover 'fit is motocore or gymcore, we don't know...but it does look seriously good either way.
